READINESS CENTER RENOVATION PHASE II

In general the work consists of the remodeling of approximately 35,000 GSF of the Milwaukee Army National Guard Readiness Center. The masonry building was constructed in 1927 and consists of approximately 98,243 GSF. The original building was designed as an Armory Riding Hall and Stables. Renovations have occurred since that time including turning the riding hall and stables into a drill hall and administrative offices. The Administrative Wing is currently unoccupied and will not be occupied until Phase II work is completed.
