In general the work consists of expanding the exterior dining and lounge areas located on the northwest corner of the facility, replacing portions of aluminum frame and insulated glazing panels with pairs of doors out to a new terrace. The terrace will have a perimeter fence, landscaping and. There will also be alterations to existing doors and frames for improved event set-up and equipment handling.
