PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for April 13, 2023, at 11:00am at Black River Correctional Center, W6898 E. Staffon Rd, Black River Falls, WI 54615. It is encouraged that contractors attend. Due to the secure nature of the facility, attendees must register for pre-bid tour ahead of time and clear background check by emailing Name, Birthdate, and Social Security Number to Kenneth Feavel at kenneth.feavel@wisconsin.gov. Please register by end of day April 10, 2023. Please call Kenneth at 608-288-8166 with questions on this process.
