In general, the work consists of: Erection of a metal Unit Storage Building of approximately 1620 sq. ft. from an existing steel frame stored on site and includes new metal siding, new metal roof and placed on a reinforced concrete slab with grade beam. Also included is electrical service with internal LED lighting and outlets, a new double entry door and new interior chain link fence partitions. Included is a concrete apron connecting the building to the paved driveway.
