DESCRIPTION: The project consists of construction of a new elementary school building for La Crosse School District. Building serves 4K-5th Grade. Building will include Solar Panels and Geothermal Bores. Building amenities include 2 full court gymnasium, courtyard, full service kitchen, rubber and mulch playground surface, grass play fields, visitor and staff parking lot. The work consists of site work, earthwork, asphalt paving, landscaping, concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, steel joists and deck, rough and finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, insulation, metal wall panels, single-ply roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, hollow metal, wood doors, sectional doors, aluminum storefront and entrances, aluminum curtain wall, hardware, glazing, drywall, tile, acoustical panel ceilings and grid, resilient work, gymnasium flooring, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, visual display boards, toilet partitions, fire extinguishers and cabinets, sliding glass panel partitions, toilet accessories, gymnasium equipment, hydraulic elevator, kitchen equipment, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.

Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Hogan Administration Building, 807 East Avenue South, on November 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.
Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two (2) business days prior to conference.
