DESCRIPTION: Renovation of the existing Library consists of construction of an approximate 600 square foot patio addition with deck above, renovation of an approximate 700 square foot area, build-out of an approximate 11,000 square foot “white box” basement level with supporting MEP systems, the addition of an elevator, the addition of a new secondary water service and sprinkler system in the basement level, and exterior landscape upgrades.
