DESCRIPTION: In general, the project consists of a new 13,000SF daycare center for New Horizon Academy. This will be a single-story building divided up into 11 separate spaces for different age groups. The exterior consists of masonry and EFIS with surround playground equipment around the building.
Sealed bids for the above project will be received, on behalf of the Owner, by the Owner and/or General Contractor/Construction Manager Market & Johnson at the location noted in the bid documents. All bids must be submitted on the Bid Form supplied and accompanied with Bid Security (if required) in accordance to the Work Categories outlined in the bid documents. Bids may be sent via email (in .pdf format to bidding@market-johnson.com) or via facsimile to 608-782-7873. Bids will be opened publicly.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest.
No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the Owner.

• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents.
