UW Madison Gordon Dining & Event Center Dishroom Renovations

Remodel
In general, the work consists of: renovating the existing food service dishroom, expanding food service seating area, relocating a coffee venue, and relocating a building entry vestibule. Dishroom upgrades include the installation of a high-capacity soiled dish accumulator, flight-type dish machine, and dedicated pot-and-pan washing station. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work supports the dishroom upgrades, expanded seating, and relocated coffee venue and entry vestibule.
