PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid tour will be conducted at the site November 19, 2025, beginning at 10:00AM. Participants should meet in the lobby of the the existing Educational Sciences Building located at 1025 W Johnson Street, Madison, WI. All bidders are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-bid Conference / Building Tour and no separate tours will be conducted.
