PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for Tuesday November 18, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at 317 Knutson Drive – Buildings 7 and 8, Madison, WI 53704, meet at north main entrance of facility. The building is an occupied secure facility and unauthorized access is not permitted. It is encouraged that contractors attend. DESCRIPTION: In general, the work consists of: Maintenance and rehabilitation of the building envelope on CWC buildings 7&8. The goal is to address overall weathertightness; specifically problematic as it relates to fenestration and hardscape. The project scope includes replacing windows, curtainwall, doors, and associated sealant. Work will also include replacement of hardscape overburden and roofing at the screened-in porch. Miscellaneous scope, such as tuckpointing, masonry repairs, railings, and exterior painting shall also be figured. The project will require CWC-coordinated phasing to limit safety and operations of the facility.
