Bids will be accepted at the Business Office in Red Oak Center, 5353 College Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501 on the NATC Rhinelander campus – Room 217 no later than 2:00pm CST on January 29th, 2026
A non-mandatory walkthrough for all contractors interested in bidding this project will be held on January 15th, 2026, starting at Tamarack Center located at 5352 College Drive. After there will be a walkthrough of the other project areas.
Questions are due by January 22nd, 2026.
A public bid opening will be held on January 29th, 2025 at 2:15 PM CST. Bids will be read aloud at the Red Oak Center – Room 102, 5353 College Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501. Award, if any, will be made as soon thereafter, as possible.
Nicolet College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids.
• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents.
