Bids for the above project will be received, on behalf of the Owner, by the Construction Manager Market & Johnson, Inc., at the above location, until the Bid Deadline. All bids must be submitted on the bid form supplied and in accordance to the Work Categories outlined in the specifications. Hand delivered, mailed, faxed or emailed bids will be accepted prior to the bid deadline.
Bids for the following work categories (WC) must be delivered in a sealed bid envelope to Sparta Area School Districts District Office at 900 E Montgomery Street, Sparta, WI 54656 or email them to the owner in care of Building Solutions at nanderson@buildingso.com. All other bids may be faxed or emailed as noted earlier.

PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held at Sparta High School 506 N Black River Street, Sparta, WI 54656 on Monday, January 19th, at 10:00 AM.
DESCRIPTION: In general, the project consists of Additions and renovations to the existing Sparta High School. The scope of work includes classroom, tech ed, cafeteria, office and kitchen additions with renovations to tech ed, art, auditorium, gymnasium and classroom spaces. The locker room, cafeteria, kitchen and office addition will be built where the existing original school building is built. Demo of that building will be part of the bid documents. This project also includes site upgrades with new parking lots, new water detention areas, new track and field updates and retaining wall systems.

• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!
