PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for January 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at project site, west side entrance. It is encouraged that contractors attend. DESCRIPTION: In general, the work consists of an adaptive reuse of a decommissioned power plant. Structure will be reconverted to approximately 12,000 sf of cold storage space, with heated office, toilet room, and battery storage. All interior equipment will be demolished. The former coal bunker will not be used. The stack will remain in place. An overhead door will be added to the east side for loading and the shaft for a freight elevator will be added.
