DESCRIPTION: This project consists of site improvements and an interior remodel of the Hayden Heights Library.

• Supplier and Subcontractor Diversity Participation Encouraged

• Bids for the above project will be received by Market & Johnson, Inc., at the above location, until the Bid Deadline.  All bids must be submitted per the bid documents.   Bids may be sent via email (in .pdf format to bidding@market-johnson.com) 

• Market & Johnson is actively seeking participation and quotes on the project(s) listed above. Each project will contain a variety of contractable work items via the listed individual specification sections, outlined work categories, and or an assortment of applicable supplied material for consideration of the award. All applicable work is eligible for an award; additionally, larger work items may be broken into smaller work packages for the award—examples: Concrete sawing, concrete pumps, trucking, material supplier, etc. Quotes should include all applicable labor, equipment, material, and related bonding and insurance. Each project will have its own bid date and time to which bids should be submitted.     

• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest.  No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the Owner.  By submitting a bid, the contractor is committing all necessary resources to meet milestone dates and achieve substantial completion of construction as stated in the contract documents at the bid price quoted regardless of weather conditions.  Bidders are also accepting the terms of Market & Johnson’s standard contract, including insurance and indemnification requirements and payment terms. A copy of said contract can be obtained for review by contacting Market & Johnson. Market & Johnson is not responsible for notifying contractors of any issuance of addenda.

• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!

• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!
