Construction consists of a new 5,800 SF masonry building containing 2000 GPM overall capacity GAC pressure filters, clearwell, vertical turbine pumps, process piping, magnetic flow meters, HVAC, plumbing, standby power generation, electrical, erosion control and site restoration.

Substantial Completion: October 1, 2025
Final Completion: November 1, 2025
Liquidated Damages: $1,000 Per day after substantial completion date.
