G.C. PROJECT NOTES:

The remodel of the All Saints Catholic Parish Banquet Hall in Stanley, WI. This 12,330SF project consists of demolition and remodel with all new finishes. The main work will be to remodel the banquet hall to revitalize the fellowship gathering space, the serving, kitchen, and bathrooms. This contract will include all general construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Architectural services are being provided by the owner. Address for this project is 136 E 3rd Ave, Stanley, WI, 54768. The building is at the intersection of E 3rd Ave & Emery Street.

PRE-BID WALK-THRU will be held on April 16, 2024, @ 02:30 p.m. location on site at 136 E. 3rd Ave (136 E 3rd Ave, Stanley, WI 54768).

Bids will be received as noted in the Invitation to Bid. Bids will be opened in the presence of All Saints Holy Parish Committee and Market & Johnson. Bids results will be released after approval by All Saints Holy Parish Committee.

Bids can be emailed in pdf format to bidding@market-johnson.com, faxed to 715-834-2331 or may be submitted in sealed envelope to Market & Johnson, Inc. Bids shall be designated as “Bid for All Saints Parish Banquet Hall.”
