DESCRIPTION: The Boson Company Inc. is seeking subcontractor and supplier bids for the Ariens Company new Workforce Housing located in Brillion, WI. Project Address: 220 Park Ave, Brillion, WI 54110. The project consists of (2) apartment buildings and (2) garage units. There is (1) Type A building, (1) Type B building, and (2) Type C buildings.

1. Arc Central Plan sets dated April 1, 2024
a. Building Type A, B, & C plans
2. Instructions to bidders
