• 90 LF 8-inch Water Main and Appurtenances

• 800 LF 6-inch Water Main and Appurtenances

• 10 Each Hydrants

• 390 LF 8-inch Sanitary Sewer and Appurtenances

• 8,000 SY Turf Restoration

• 5,300 SY Erosion Mat

Substantial Completion: February 31, 2026
Final Completion: March 1, 2026
Liquidated Damages: $900 per day after substantial completion date.

American Iron and Steel - Required
The owner encourages DBE, WBE, and MBE participation.
