Mayfair Mall Phase A is a high-rise mixed-use complex within the existing Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa and located at the intersection of North Mayfair Road and North Avenue. The site is currently occupied by existing parking lots, surrounded by service drives with the existing Renaissance Milwaukee Hotel to the south and mall to the North.
