PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory but highly encouraged pre-bid tour will be conducted at the site on the site on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 10:00am. Participants should enter the Steenbock Memorial Library at street level entrance facing east on Babcock Drive. The building is located at 550 Babcock Drive. Parking is based on availability in the Observatory Drive Ramp (lot 36) with vehicle entrance off Observatory Drive or hourly parking spaces throughout campus. Gather in the main lobby to proceed down the stairs to the first floor area of work. All bidders are highly encouraged to attend, and no separate tours will be conducted.
