PRE-BID MEETING: Pre-bid Conference and Site Examination: A pre-bid meeting will take place at the project site at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Attendance is optional, but recommended, for bidding prime contractors.
SITE EXAMINATION: The site is available for examination during normal public park hours. No scheduling or notice is required.
TIME OF COMMENCEMENT: Work may commence on site June 30, 2025, but must include a physical presence on site not later than July 1, 2025.
NOTES:
Bids are due at 2:00 pm on June 11th for prime contractors. We are requesting as many bids as possible the day prior, but understand if some cannot be completed until June 11th.
Please note the requirements of the FFP grant as a funding source for the project. These requirements are detailed in the front end of the specification and will be required of all contractors.
• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!
