In general, the work consists of: This project will repave portions of multiple roads and parking areas throughout Governor Dodge State Park. Repaving includes: Ridge Road from Twin Valley Road to Cox Hollow Road, Hickory Ridge Road and parking areas, Enee Point Parking Lot, and the Cox Hollow Boat Launch. This project will also replace aging and failing waterlines in the Twin Valley Campground, and construct a new parking area as part of this project at Smith Conley Creek, south of the park on CTH H.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for Tuesday October 14, 2025 at 10:00 am at Governor Dodge State Park. It is encouraged that contractors attend. Assemble at the Park office for a brief meeting followed by a tour of the park and the project locations.
