Sealed bids will be received by the Deputy Procurement Officer, 4th Floor, 160 S Macy St., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 until 2:00 P.M. CST, Thursday, October 30th, 2025 for the construction of the Police Department Phase 7.5 Remodel.
All bidders must certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors nor the list of parties excluded from Federal procurement or non-procurement programs.
There is one MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walkthrough scheduled at 9:00 A.M CST, Monday, October 20th, 2025. Interested bidders must sign up in advance for the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough. The Walkthrough is limited to 25 people, with a maximum of 2 people per interested bidding party. Inquires received during the walkthrough will be written down and answered in an addendum. The sign-up sheet has been attached in the RFB and should be emailed to cfails@fdl.wi.gov.
• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!
