DESCRIPTION: In general, the work consists of: capital projects to maintain existing buildings at locations in southwest Wisconsin. Devil’s Lake State Park, Baraboo – Perform work at 7 buildings. Exterior work includes restoration of wood siding, columns, windows and paint. Exterior work also includes replacement of downspouts and asphalt shingle roofing system. Interior work includes concrete slab patching, fluid applied flooring, tiling, toilet partitions and toilet accessories. Plumbing work includes replacement of fixtures and piping, for shower and toilet rooms. HVAC work includes replacing gas furnace, condensing unit and electric unit heaters. Electrical work includes reinstallation of electrical service and lighting/power upgrades. Mirror Lake State Park, Baraboo – Perform work at 4 buildings (including a garage at a residence). Exterior work includes removal and replacement of an existing wood framed screened porch. Exterior work also includes replacement of gutters, asphalt shingle roofing system and aluminum windows. Interior work includes tiling at HVAC renovations. Interior work also includes replacing insulation, masonry infill and wood carpentry at a stairway. Plumbing work includes replacement of fixtures and piping for a toilet room and water heater. HVAC work includes replacing gas unit furnaces, ductwork, electric unit heaters, and exhaust fan. Electrical work includes upgrading lighting, ceiling fans, receptacles, and powering electric unit heaters. Rocky Arbor State Park, Town of Lyndon – Perform work at 1 building. Exterior work includes replacing doors, windows, and asphalt shingle roofing system. Exterior work also includes providing a new wood fence and gate. Electrical work includes adding receptacles and lighting. Mill Bluff State Park, Village of Camp Douglas – Perform work at 1 building. Exterior work includes replacement of wood shingle roofing system with wood-shingle-look metal shingle roofing system. Mackenzie Center, Town of Dekorra – Perform work at 1 building. Exterior work includes replacement of gutters and asphalt shingle roofing system. Poynette State Game Farm, Poynette – Perform work at 1 building. Exterior work includes replacement of wood siding, and asphalt shingle roofing system. Exterior work also includes painting and restoring windows and miscellaneous exterior surfaces. Pine Island Wildlife Area, Village of Camp Douglas – Perform work at 1 building. Exterior work includes replacement of asphalt shingle roofing system. 400 State Trail – Reedsburg Depot – Perform work at 1 building. Exterior masonry work includes re pointing at stone and brick masonry. Exterior concrete work includes replacement of concrete steps. Exterior work also includes replacement of gutters, asphalt shingle roofing system and aluminum windows.
