Mechanical, lighting, fire protection and ceilings renovations throughout the entire building, with new additions to include secured entries, office areas, and mechanical spaces, and limited interior remodel. Site civil improvements to include new underground utilities, drainage systems, reworked parking lot base, new paving, curbs and sidewalks.
