De Pere Dickinson Elementary School - Fire alarm system replacement, replace roof, new metal panels, new LED lighting, replace boiler, and site improvements.

PRE-BID MEETINGS:
Dickinson Elementary School (optional) Friday, April 18th, at 7:00AM.
Heritage Elementary School (optional) Friday, April 18th, at 7:45AM.
Foxview Intermediate School (optional) Friday, April 18th, at 8:30AM.
• All contractors are to meet in School parking lot and sign in with C.D. Smith.
DESCRIPTION: Additions & Renovations to the three schools. Three separate bid forms must be used. Do not combine your bid.
This is a C.D. Smith Construction project.
• The Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!
• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
