In general, the work consists of: demolition of the existing mechanical equipment, demolition of the existing mechanical equipment curb and underfloor plenum walls, selective demolition of existing air distribution, furnishment and installation of new mechanical equipment and required ductwork and piping, furnishment and installation of sump pump and required piping, furnishment and installation of sump pit lid and new concrete curbs for new equipment, furnishment and installation of new power for new mechanical equipment, relocation of existing controls and controls wiring, relocation of existing lighting, and relocation of existing ceiling grid.
