UW Stevens Point 4th Avenue Corridor Utility Replacement

In general, the work consists of: replacing approximately 1000 lineal feet of underground steam and pumped condensate lines and four new steam pits. Steam and pumped condensate laterals to Champions Hall, Science Building, and CPS will be upgraded. Install approximately 1200 lineal feet of primary and signal duct bank along side existing duct bank distribution system. Extend existing underground chilled water distribution system for approximately 900 lineal feet, upgrade chilled water lateral to CPS.
