In general, the work consists of : The replacement of collapsed cast iron piping located under the floor slab and within walls. Replace all fixtures, upgrade lighting, ventilation, floors and walls will be retiled, replace ceiling. The new configuration will provide an accessible shower and toilet space in addition to other fixtures and layout to meet PREA requirements. The staff toilet room will be enlarged, with new fixtures and finishes. This work is located within a secure setting.

In general, the work consists of creating a new exterior building envelope with addition of an exterior insulated finish system on the existing exterior building walls. Replacing the roof coping, gutter, downspouts and replacing the majority of the existing windows with new aluminum windows.

In general, the work consists of: Replacing ~600 LF of steam and condensate utilities between Pits 14 to 17 and Pits 17 to 18, including the service entrance to Whitney Center. The project will also include replacing approximately 250 LF of steam and condensate lines connecting Pit 11 to Murphy Library.

In general, the work consists of: The abatement and demolition of the existing Chemistry Building. This project scope also includes demolition of the Chemistry building loading dock, and other site improvements, construction of a stone ramp for access to the site, disconnect of existing Chemistry Building utilities, construction of basement and sub-basement wall reinforcing, and backfill and compaction of fill in basement and sub-basement.

In general, the work consists of: The Campus Quad site restoration and quad construction will replace the existing Chemistry Building after its demolition and become a premier destination for events, gathering, studying, and passive recreation in the heart of the Southwest Quadrant of the UW Milwaukee campus. This portion of the project will include regrading, installation of grass, shrubs, and trees along with installation of sidewalks, concrete benches, underground site drainage, site fencing, artificial turf, and both concrete and brick retaining wall construction. The project also includes installation of lighting and power outlets in the campus quad area, fire hydrant relocations, storm sewer and video surveillance.

In general, the work consists of the restoration and structural improvements of Villa Louis mansion including masonry rehabilitation, structural repairs, decorative woodwork restoration, re-roofing and window and door restoration. This building is a National Historic Landmark it is the intention of these documents to require the highest level of quality of materials and workmanship and restoration standards.
