Various WI State Park Renovations.

In general, the work consists of: completely renovating Winther Hall including roofing and window replacement. New entrances, vertical circulation towers and restroom towers will be constructed. Heide Hall will receive a new entrance addition along with vertical circulation and restroom tower. The existing roofing and windows of Heide Hall will be replaced. Site work around Winther Hall and Heide Hall will be reworked to accommodate new additions and grades. Parking Lot 14, near Winther Hall, and Parking Lot 13 will be reworked to accommodate new construction.

New Construction of a Fire Department Facility.

In general, the project consists of a new 15,000 sf single story front entrance addition and comprehensive remodel of the existing school. Work is to start in spring of 2026 with a late summer completion 2026.

General Contractor to complete: Renovations and construction of main lobby and public restrooms. Provide an alternate bid for replacing main lobby front doors.

This work is to include replacing the exiting fluorescent kitchen light with a surface LED type in 31 living units in the two-story apartment building.

In general, the work consists of: This project will repave portions of multiple roads and parking areas throughout Governor Dodge State Park. Repaving includes: Ridge Road from Twin Valley Road to Cox Hollow Road, Hickory Ridge Road and parking areas, Enee Point Parking Lot, and the Cox Hollow Boat Launch. This project will also replace aging and failing waterlines in the Twin Valley Campground, and construct a new parking area as part of this project at Smith Conley Creek, south of the park on CTH H.

Upgrades to the wastewater treatment process.

In general, the work consists of: site clearing and grubbing, pulverizing asphalt pavement, removing asphalt pavement, excavation, rock excavation, grading, removing and replacing culvert pipes, installation of seasonal water service line, connections of water service line to existing pump, installation of new water pressure pump and treatment system, placing base course material as necessary for excavation below subgrade, placing base aggregate and asphalt pavement, pavement marking, permanent signing, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work.

In general, the work consists of: Interior renovation to 9,100 square feet. Demolition of drywall partitions with doors and hollow metal frames. Other work includes plywood monitor mounts, removal and reinstallation of plastic laminate casework with modifications, acoustic ceiling system modifications to accommodate new layout and access work above ceiling. Partitions are metal stud and drywall with wood doors in hollow metal frames with glass lites. Finish work includes wall base, carpet tiles, corner guards, casework modifications, and ceiling tiles. Electrical removal and installation of power and data sensors to accommodate renovation layout. Ceiling work includes removal and reinstallation or new light fixtures, exit lights, occupancy sensors, fire alarms, smoke detectors. Mechanical work includes duct and piping modifications, new VAVs equipment, relocation or new supply diffusers and return grilles. Fire protection work is piping modifications, removal and relocation of sprinkler heads, new sprinkler heads to accommodate renovation layout.
