Public Projects

The project consists of construction of a new elementary school building for La Crosse School District.

In general, the work consists of: installing a new 1200-ton centrifugal chiller, new cooling towers, piping and pumps within East Chiller Plant. Work also includes installation of new exterior electrical yard along with new underground chilled water supply and return piping. Entire project area will be restored to original conditions.

Bids are solicited for a new Public Works Facility for the Village of Elkhart Lake. The 15,091 SF facility will include a new drive-through shop/storage area for Village public works vehicles, for both parking and repair, a vehicle wash bay, office area for Public Works support staff and a mezzanine space for additional Public Works storage.

In general, the work consists of: Maintenance and rehabilitation of the building envelope on CWC buildings 7&8.

The proposed CTE Center at the Roosevelt High School will host the automotive repair, small engine repair, welding, machining, construction, and automotive collision programs. The project also includes the CTE district administration, a learning commons, secure entry, and incubator classroom. Per Minnesota law, a storm shelter will be built to serve the CTE students and staff and will utilize the administration and incubator spaces. The project includes a 17,600 SF addition and 13,200 SF of renovated space located on the corners of East 40th Street and 30th Avenue South on the Roosevelt High School campus. The existing Roosevelt High School that the CTE center is attached to is 324,700 square feet.

In general, the work consists of: Central Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled (CWC) located in Madison is operated by the Department of Health Services’ (DHS) Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS).

In general, the work consists of: modernization of five hydraulic elevators in four buildings on the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee campus: Holton Hall, Johnston Hall, Pearse Hall and Zelazo Hall. The work includes upgrades to HVAC and electrical systems serving the elevators.

In general, the work consists of: the renovation and expansion of the Sports and Fitness Center built in 1963 at the University of Wisconsin – Stout. A building addition will be constructed on the west side of the facility and will house a new strength training and cardio space. The west entrance plaza will be renovated to include outdoor seating and an outdoor fitness patio. The addition will be served with a new mechanical penthouse. The interior of the existing facility will be renovated to include a new welcome desk, exercise studios, a large multi-purpose court space, new locker rooms for men’s and women’s athletic team sports, universal locker rooms for general student and staff use, new visting team locker rooms, new officials locker room, new laundry room, and new Rec staff offices. Asbestos abatement will be performed, as necessary. New telecommunication rooms will be constructed. The fire alarm and smoke detection system will be replaced and augmented as needed to meet current code requirements. A new automatic sprinkler system will be installed in the building addition.

Sugar Camp Elementary includes two additions, multipurpose space, new classroom bathrooms, mechanical room, secured entry with waiting and new office space. Three Lakes School will have a remodeled Elementary Main Office, High School Main Office, and Administration Main Offices along with secure main entrances and front canopy.

In general,the work consists of renovating the entire existing WIDA space on the 12th floor of the 13-story Educational Sciences Building at 1025 W Johnson Street, Madison. Work scope is comprised of approximately 9,500 SF.
