Olmsted County is soliciting Best Value proposals for a new Exhibition Center to be located within Graham Park. This 83,000 square foot flat floor space will host a variety of events all year round including equine events, livestock events, County Fair functions, conventions, trade shows, banquets, and receptions. The facility is not intended to compete with other local venues, but the size of the space could also accommodate sporting events and music performances if needed in the future

School Remodel.

In general, the work consists of: Fire protection renovation in the Educational Sciences building on the UW Madison campus. Work includes installing new sprinkler distribution piping and heads throughout the building (11 new floors – 2 floors already have sprinklers) to provide complete building coverage. Of particular importance is meeting the timeline of a separate project that will also be in construction. The GPC is responsible for any plumbing work required by the project.

In general, the work consists of : 24,459 square feet of interior renovation on the first floor of Steenbock Memorial Library. Program space includes two (2) large format active learning classrooms, study rooms, restrooms, and open study areas.

In general, the project consists of an addition and remodel to the existing Shell Lake Arts Center Building.

The project to be bid consists of remodeling approximately 3,600 sq. ft. building addition, and 3,200 sq. ft. of interior remodeling. Work includes General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

In general, the project consists of a new 1400 SF concession building at EC North High School. The building includes concrete foundations, CMU wall partitions, exterior face brick, wood roof trusses, EPDM and standing seam metal roofs, HM doors/frames, MEP systems, site utility tie-ins, holding tank, site concrete, asphalt and landscaping.

(This is a CD Smith project.) School facility improvement project at the Franklin High School consisting of a 267,218 square foot addition and renovation of 64,019 square feet to include new indoor physical education spaces and a field house, a pool, tennis courts, technical education space improvements, science lab improvements, classrooms, and the associated site work. This project includes approximately 135,000 square feet of existing building demolition.
